Will Dillon
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Will Dillon is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida. He earned his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University (CACREP) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education and Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University. Will also brings over 20 years of experience serving in the U.S. Navy as a Rescue Swimmer.
Will works primarily with men, supporting them through challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and emotional regulation. A significant focus of his work is helping men navigate issues of healthy sexuality, including pornography use, compulsive sexual behaviors, shame, and sexual integrity. He approaches this work through a trauma-informed, relational lens, helping clients develop self-awareness, emotional control, and healthier patterns of intimacy.
Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, Will understands the impact of chronic stress, high-pressure roles, and unprocessed experiences. His background allows him to connect deeply with active duty service members, veterans, first responders, and men navigating military transition or retirement. He also supports men facing perfectionism, burnout, relationship strain, and major life transitions.
Clients often describe Will as grounded, approachable, and easy to talk to. He creates a space where men feel respected, understood, and challenged in healthy ways. His therapeutic style is strength-based, direct, and relational, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs.
Will is passionate about helping clients move from feeling stuck to experiencing clarity, healing, and meaningful change.
