Monique is a highly trained, licensed mental health counselor dedicated to helping people find relief from their deepest pain and restore joy to their lives. She specializes in helping her clients heal from the gripping pain of anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

Monique has been in the field for 8+ years and has experience counseling individuals, couples, and families with research-based clinical treatment. She has also completed her doctoral degree in counseling (EdD) to provide even more specialized care for her clients. She also has 5+ years of experience working with teens and adolescents and enjoys helping them overcome these challenges.

Monique has a unique passion for providing specialized treatment for healthcare professionals and other first responders. She desires to help frontline heroes get re- energized, find motivation, and experience freedom from burnout, secondary trauma, and grief. By incorporating intensive treatment modalities that heal the body’s physical and emotional impact from trauma, Monique leads her clients to experience lasting change that positively affects the trajectory of their lives and relationships. If faith-based counseling is requested, Monique also has extensive experience helping individuals integrate Biblical truth into clinical therapy.
