Monique has been in the field for four years and is committed to helping all clients heal from the pain of trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. She has experience counseling individuals, couples, and families with research-based clinical treatment. Monique also has three years of experience working with teens and adolescents and enjoys helping them overcome these challenges as well!
She is also passionate about providing healthcare professionals, teachers, and first responders with the specialized care they need. She desires to help our frontline heroes get re-energized, find motivation, and experience freedom from burnout, secondary trauma, and grief!
