Jennifer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Religion from Southeastern University and went on to complete her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Jennifer provides individual and couples therapy with a collaborative, strength-based approach. She equips clients with practical tools and emotional insight to navigate life’s challenges spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. Her clinical experience includes trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, cooccurring disorders, and relationship conflict.

Jennifer is trained in The Gottman Method for couples therapy and is a certified educator for both Bringing Baby Home and The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, grounded in over 40 years of marital research. She also specializes in supporting first responders and their spouses, addressing the unique stressors of high intensity work environments, trauma exposure, sleep disruption, and relational strain. Her trauma-informed work includes advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Brainspotting (BSP), evidence-based modalities that help clients move beyond feeling stuck and into meaningful, lasting change.
