Jennifer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Religion from Southeastern University and continued to receive her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.

Jennifer has over a decade of experience in the mental health field and focuses on individual and couples’ therapy. She aims to work collaboratively with you on your journey to growth and healing by supplying you with the needed skills and tools to navigate life’s challenges spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. Jennifer has experience in the areas of trauma, substance use, addiction, anxiety, depression, self-worth, relationship conflict, and more.

Jennifer is trained in Gottman Couples Therapy and is a Gottman “Bringing Baby Home” and “Seven Principles” Educator, based on over 40 years of marital research. Jennifer also specializes in serving first responders and their spouses to address the unique needs these courageous men and women encounter through the demands of their job, like high-stress scenarios, compound exposure to traumatic events, sleep deprivation, separation from family, and work culture. Jennifer is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Brainspotting (BSP) an evidenced-based treatment that rapidly moves clients from beyond feeling stuck, and into a place of positive change.
